Who is eligible to use the Child Support FL eServices?
If you are the parent or caregiver of a child who need assistance, you may seek to establish a case for child support services.
You must have a valid social security number and be a current Florida resident to apply online.
Please contact the Child Support Program to check for an existing case or to establish a new child support case if any of the following apply to you:
- You recently applied for or are receiving food aid or temporary cash assistance from the state of Florida.
- Your information may have already been forwarded to the Child Support Program by the Department of Children and Families, and your child support services are now being provided.
- You’re looking for child support for your biological or adopted child, and the other parent shares your gender.
If any of the following apply to you, the Child Support Program will be unable to begin a case for you:
- You’re looking for child support from a parent whose complete name you don’t know.
- Looking for child support for a kid over the age of 18 who doesn’t have a child support order.
- You’re requesting child support from a dead parent.
- You are requesting child support from a parent who currently resides outside of the United States in a nation with which Florida does not have a reciprocal agreement. The following is a list of nations with which Florida has a treaty and where you may still petition for child support:

You may apply for child support online or by calling the Child Support Program.
Whether you reside in another state and have received child support services there, you may need to contact that state to see if you have an open child support case there. See the List of Office Here.
Starting the Application for Child Support My Florida Using eServices
To complete your application, you will need the following information:
- Each person’s first and last name should be provided in the application.
- Each child’s date of birth must be mentioned in the application.
- Employers, addresses, and phone numbers for you and the other parent(s), if known Social Security numbers for each individual included in the application, if known.
- Once you start the application, you have 30 days to finish it.
If you already have an eServices account on Child Support Florida Revenue Dept Portal for another case
Log in to your eServices account and choose Applications from the drop-down menu. Then choose Start New Application from the drop-down menu.
This will take you to the Welcome to Child Support Application for Services page. This is the first of four pages that will decide if you qualify for an e-Services account and the ability to apply for services online. You will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions for online services if you are able. Read each page carefully, answer any questions that arise, and then click or tap Continue when you’re ready.
When you’ve finished these steps, the My Information page will appear, with some of your personal information already filled in.
If you don’t have an eServices account or if you have another case open
To begin the application, click here.
You will be asked whether you have an open child support case in Florida before you can register.
If not, choose No and then Proceed.
If you’re unsure, get in touch with them.
The Welcome to the Child Support Application for Services page will appear next. This is the first of four pages that will decide if you qualify for an e-Services account and the ability to apply for services online. You will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions for online services if you are able. Read each page carefully, answer any questions that arise, and then click or tap Continue when you’re ready.
When you’ve finished these steps, the My Information page will appear, with some of your personal information already filled in.
Complete to file for Child support Florida Application
In this part you must fill in the personal information, and additional information about the mother, father, children and caregiver.
How to Fill Out the Information in the Services Application
The purpose of the Information page is to gather personal data for your application. Your name, social security number, date of birth, and email address will all be filled in automatically.
You must fill out the following needed information about yourself at a minimum:
- Your sexual orientation.
- Which Florida county do you call home
- From whom you are requesting child support.
- What is the total number of children for whom you are requesting child support.
- Who are the primary caregivers for the children for whom you are seeking child support.
- How many additional parents will you be providing information for in this application besides yourself.
- You must also state if you are afraid of the candidate harming you physically or emotionally.
- If you wish to give information for more than one prospective father, you’ll need to fill out a Father’s Information page for each one.
- If you indicate that a child is the subject of a pending legal action, you must inform the Child Support Program of the kind of pending legal action.
- You must tell the Kid Support Program of the name of the parent ordered to pay support and the individual receiving support if you indicate there is an existing support order for this child.
When you’ve finished filling out all of the information on this page, go to the bottom of the page and click or touch the Save and Continue button in all Sections.
How to Submit or how to File Child Support Florida Completed Application
The progress bar at the top of the application page will display 100% after you have finished all of the needed information on the Mother, Father, and Child(ren) pages, and you will be led to a Final Examine page to review all of the information you have supplied.If you haven’t made any changes, save and submit the page by clicking or tapping the Save and Submit button at the bottom of the page.To submit the application, you must agree to the application’s Terms of Service.
After you’ve submitted your application, you may print a copy for your records by clicking or tapping the Print Application button.This will open a PDF of your completed application, which you can download, print, or read online.
How to View or Print Your Submitted Services Application
To see your submitted applications, go to the Applications area on the Home Dashboard and click or tap View Application.In the Actions column, click or tap View. This will open a PDF version of your application that you may download, print, or read online.
How to Keep Continuing on Your In-Progress Services Application
To access your in-progress applications, go to the Applications area on the Home Dashboard and click or tap Continue Application. Continue your saved application by clicking or tapping Continue in the Actions column.
What Is the Best Way to Use the Services Application?
Based on the information you supply, the application process will guide you through the pages you need.
You can follow your progress as you finish the application by looking at the progress bar at the top of the page.
After you finish each page, you’ll be sent to a Let’s Review page where you can look over all of the information you’ve submitted so far and make any necessary adjustments. You may return to the previous page by clicking or tapping the Back button if you need to make changes.
You can also utilize the Navigate Your Application panel to go back to any previous page in your app and make changes there.
After You’ve Submitted Your Application, What Happens?
You will not be able to alter or modify your application after it has been submitted, and it may take up to 20 days for your information to be processed. When your case is launched, the Child Support Program will send you an email at the address you gave in your application. A letter will be sent to the address you provided.
They will contact you at the address you provided on your application if the Child Support Program requires more information.
You may see or print your completed application at any time by logging into your eServices account. You may also login to your eServices account to check the progress of your case and change your case information after it has been started.
