How to Pay Child Support Ga Online?
We begin by accessing the payment page of the child support services division. Search in the browser or click on the link: https://ga.smartchildsupport.com/. Once inside the page we choose the option we need.
Pay Georgia child support by credit card
To pay child support Georgia by credit card we select in the section among the options the type of function we have.
If you are a non-custodial parent click on the link with the option.
Then we select the type of payment we want to make.
Finally we fill in the data that appears until we complete the financial data of the card and the payer, and we click next until we get to the Pay button.
If we belong to the custodial parent function, we select the option.
So We fill in the data that displays until the card and payer’s financial info is complete, then click Next till we reach the Pay button.

For Specialty Payments and Child Support
- Fee for using the FSR: $1.50 or 5% of each credit card payment (whichever is less).
- Credit card convenience charge: 2.5 percent of the total amount you pay with your credit card plus the FSR cost.
Fees In General
- 2.5 percent of your credit card payment is charged as a convenience fee.
The following credit cards are accepted: Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club International, and JCB.
If your credit/debit card is linked to an e-wallet account like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, you can use these additional payment methods to make your payment.
The permission of payment by your credit card provider is required for a credit card payment transaction to be completed.
Payments received before 11 p.m. on business days will be credited to the child support account the next business day. Payments of $2,500.00 or more may be held for up to 10 calendar days before being posted to the child support account.
Pay Ga child support by bank account
To pay your child support through a bank account, we will need an account on the DCSS (Division of Child Support Services) payment gateway. To do this we will access the portal and once inside we will be able to create a new user registration or log in as a user.
When we finish creating the account or if we already have one, we enter with the user ID and click login.
Once we log in we can see our account overview and edit some data.
If we are going to make a payment we select the option to make a payment schedule.
Then we place the value and the periodicity with which we are going to pay.
We continue by clicking on the next button.
Finally your payment will be scheduled for the dates you indicated.
