2. Create an account by entering your Social Security number, driver’s license or state identification number, and bank account information.
3. Verify your account by entering the six-digit code sent to your email address.
4. Confirm your account and enter your payment information.
5. Review your payment and submit it to the Virginia Department of Social Services.
